  - Part Usage Card Changes 
    * For usage cards not clocked into an order, costs are immediately expensed. 
    * For usage cards clocked into line items but not parts, costs are accrued while the order is in WIP and Built. 
    * For usage cards clocked into an order but not a line item, costs are accrued while the order is in WIP and Built. 
    * For usage cards clocked into an estimate, costs are immediately expensed.
  - Progress Billing is now implemented in costs. 
  - Added a field to the GL to indicate whether an entry is from an order, payment, etc. 
  - Vendors now have the option to require a reason when being edited. 
  - GL Entries are created even when not clocking on a part.
