Unable to save without an ID.



===== Symptoms =====
  - Occurs when printing/previewing report. 
  - Saving an order.



===== Cause =====



The root cause of the issue is undetermined. However, this error appears to happen when the SSLIP is frozen or "locked up". Typically Control logs the error on Control_ErrorLog.txt however there typically is not a entry in the SSLIP_ErrorLog.txt. At the time of the error, users that are not already logged into Control typically cannot log in.



===== Resolution(s) =====
  - Re-start the SSLIP.
