Rename the DLL USP10.DLL to _USP10.DLL.Old. This DLL is located in the following places:
  * C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin
  * C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeXX



> (XX = Office version. Look in all OfficeXX folders)
