This error is generated when a system macro is not functioning as intended. Attempt to disable macro at the user level inside control. If this is not sufficient call Technical Support to have the IsSystem bitfield set to 0

in table rulemacro

two engraving lines - set IsSystem bitfield from 1 to 0 or false

restart SSLIP and Control

ensure macro is set to inactive from macro setup
