User receives a Access Violation that mentions the file usp10.dll.

Resolution

Rename the DLL USP10.DLL to _USP10.DLL.Old. This DLL is located in the following places:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeXX

(XX = Office version. Look in all OfficeXX folders)
