Report Changes and Fixes

  1. GL Detail by Order Report
    • Completely Reworked. Much Faster.
    • Fixed several issues with actual costs not pulling correctly
    • Added new options to display.
  2. Actual v Estimated Cost Report
    • Deleted from the system.
    • Replace by GL Detail By Order
  3. GL Detail Report
    • Completely Reworked. Much Faster.
    • Fixed several issues with actual costs not pulling correctly
    • Date Range now limiting based on Built Date
  4. Account Register Report
    • Completely Reworked. Much Faster.
    • No longer times out.
  5. Trial Balance Report Rewritten
    • No longer hangs / times-out the system with large GLs.
    • Sorts in the order accounts are defined in the Chart of Accounts.
    • Hierachical format.
    • Verified/Adjusted for multi-divisional functionality.
  6. Financial Summary Report
    • Fixed issue with values in the Balance column not showing.
    • Verified/Adjusted for multi-divisional functionality.
  7. When printing checks to vendors, the checks now sort by Vendor Name.
  8. Orders Placed Between Report is now correctly displays values created during the timeframe regardless of current status.
  9. Orders Built Between Report is now correctly displays values marked built during the timeframe regardless of current status.
  10. Added the ability to print checks directly from the View Payroll screen.
