With the release of Control 5.75 there were two new major features added to the program. They are briefly described here.

• Artwork Approval is a feature that allows a business' designer to group proof images into groups, then have customers view, comment on, approve, reject, or request changes to these proof images.
• It allows quicker communication between designer and customer, and is fully integrated with Control's order statuses and the well-received Document Management feature.

• Contacts want an easy way to view and approve their proofs, without logins or email attachments.
• Customers want a way to integrate proof approvals into their existing Control order flow.
• Artwork Approval provides both of these functions!

• Customers who need a system more advanced than email
• Customers with clients that require an approval system
• Customers who want an approval system that integrates with their existing production workflow in Control

• Online Payments is a full cloud-based payment system that allows customers to receive payments from their contacts, and have that payment data posted directly into their existing database.

• Customers want a way to integrate online payments into their existing Control data

• Customers who want a simple way to accept payments form contacts
• Customers who do not have mobile-ready or web-based payment options
