Overview

This document is to assist users with obtaining the latest Production Terminal files, and providing instructions on how to update them properly.

Note: You should ONLY update your files following this method if you have already updated Control to version 5.5.

Follow the steps below to obtain the latest Production Terminal files.

1. Go to the webpage www.cyrioussoftware.com

1. Enter your User Id and Password, and then click the GO button to login

1. Click on Tech Support at the top of the page

1. Click on the Downloads section

1. On the Downloads page, locate the Production Terminal link in the Control 5.5 Downloads section

1. Click the words Production Terminal to begin your download

1. Locate your downloaded Production Terminal.zip file

1. Right click on it and Extract the files to the current location of the download

1. You will have a folder called “ProductionTerminal” - Go into that folder

1. Select all the contents of this folder > Right click > Choose Copy

1. Locate the current directory you have setup for Production Terminal

1. Select all the files in that directory > Right click > Delete

1. When the folder is empty Right click and choose Paste

1. You should now have all the latest files

• Note: You may need to clear your browsers cache for it to recognize that you have new files
