TrustKeeper is the default PCI certification agency for Elavon/Capital Q. These pages attempt to provide assistance to Cyrious users that are using TrustKeeper for their PCI certification.

Once you are logged into TrustKeeper at https://elavonpci.trustkeeper.net/, one of the steps is to set up your Scheduled Scan. The information below is meant to help you answer those questions. Please note that the answers provided only concern Cyrious' applications. Many of the questions concern Cyrious and other applications you have and must be answered in this context.

  1. Check the box next to the server you installed the TrustKeeper Agent on earlier.
  1. Enter all of the websites you maintain or are on your premises. Also enter any FTP, mail, or other web services you maintain.
  1. If you know your IP, enter it in the appropriate place. (Hint: Navigating to http://www.WhatIsMyIP.com/ in a web browser will show you your public IP.)
  1. Under Advanced Scan Scheduling Options, you can exclude specific times for scanning. If you run services which transfer your data or backup offsite during specific hours, you may wish to omit these times.
  1. Enter your initials and click the Schedule Scan button.
  1. Select a Start Date and Time for your scan. Unless you have a reason to wait, select today's date starting a few hours after the office is closed.
