This is an error caused by locks physically embodied in the famous .lck files – pdoxusrs.lck.

To resolve this error open the file location of the cyrious folder.

1. Shut down SMS and the SSLIP.

2. Open the SSLIP folder

3. Choose to sort by file type in the detail view.

4. Look for all file types LCK.

5. Select, rename or remove these files.

6. Open the Data sub-folder

7. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for this folder.

8. Restart SSLIP and SMS
