TrustKeeper is the default PCI certification agency for Elavon/Capital Q. These pages attempt to provide assistance to Cyrious users that are using TrustKeeper for their PCI certification.

Once you are logged into TrustKeeper at https://elavonpci.trustkeeper.net/, one of the steps is to set up your merchant profile. The information below is meant to help you answer those questions. Please note that the answers provided only concern Cyrious' applications. Many of the questions concern Cyrious and other applications you have and must be answered in this context.
Merchant Profile Questions

| 2: Do you have any “card present” transactions? | If ALL of your credit card transactions come over the phone and Internet, answer No, otherwise answer Yes. | ||
| 6: Do you have any Mail Order or Telephone Order (MOTO) transactions? | Enter Yes unless you never take any orders or credit card information over the phone. | ||
| 7: Please specify your merchant PCI level. | For almost all of our users, Select Level 4. Other levels are for businesses doing over 20,000 ecommerce or 1,000,000 other transactions per year. | ||
| 8: Do you retain transaction (purchase) receipts or reports containing cardholder data in electronic format? | Enter Yes if you process credit cards through Cyrious or enter the credit card number in Cyrious. Enter No if you run all credit card transactions outside of Cyrious and do not enter the credit card information for payments in Cyrious. | ||
| 9: Do you store any cardholder data in electronic format? | Enter Yes if you do or might ever store credit card information in Cyrious, process credit cards through Cyrious, or enter credit card information in Cyrious about payments taken but run externally. Otherwise Enter No. Cyrious recommends you answer “Yes” to this question. | ||
| 10: For your mail order/telephone order environment, do you ever store, process, or transmit cardholder data on your premises? | If you answered Yes to either questions 8 or 9 or have any credit card processing equipment at your location, enter Yes. | ||
| Acquiring Bank | Capital Q users should enter Elavon. Other users should enter the appropriate bank. |
